Farmer’s Basket is a weekly basket of fresh seasonal produce that reflect what is currently in harvest on the Homestead.
Key features often include:
Seasonal variety: The contents change week to week, according to what is ripe and available.
Freshness: Produce is harvested close to delivery or pickup, preserving flavor and nutrients.
Local sourcing: All produce is grown on Moea Homestead
Distribution points: Customers pick up at the farm, farmers’ markets, or arranged drop-off points.
Subscription or membership model: You commit for a season to receive baskets weekly and a discount.
Value for money: The basket is often priced so that you receive more fresh produce than the cost would allow in retail
